I studied anthropology because I was fascinated by people. What I learned is that cultures can look completely different on the surface, yet the patterns that shape them repeat. There is always a deeper grammar underneath: the relationships, incentives and beliefs that make a system behave the way it does. Ich habe Anthropologie studiert, weil mich Menschen faszinieren. I look past the visible process to understand what is really driving it, and once those patterns are clear, I build them into the system itself. That distinction is what makes a system auditable, portable across markets and trustworthy for the people who depend on it. The goal is not to replace human judgment. It is to build systems where the logic is transparent and people know why something happened.
