01 · The origin01 · Der Ursprung I was the user before I was the founder. Ich war die Nutzerin, bevor ich die Gründerin war.

DxVida started as my own import-export project. I was moving real products between Europe and Costa Rica, and I did the compliance work by hand: complementary labels, INCI lists, sanitary registration numbers, distributor blocks. Every step assumed a reader who grew up inside the destination system. I had a master's in anthropology, years in enterprise tech, and I still felt the wall. DxVida begann als mein eigenes Import-Export-Projekt. Ich bewegte echte Produkte zwischen Europa und Costa Rica und machte die Compliance-Arbeit von Hand: ergänzende Etiketten, INCI-Listen, Registrierungsnummern, Vertriebsangaben. Jeder Schritt setzte jemanden voraus, der im Zielsystem aufgewachsen ist. Ich hatte einen Master in Anthropologie, Jahre in Enterprise-Tech, und spürte die Wand trotzdem.

Then came the trigger: an IHK-recognized AI course ("Professionell mit KI im Job arbeiten"). Every participant needed a project. I brought mine: make import-export work for people like me. My migration research had already shown the pattern at scale: diaspora entrepreneurs trade informally, in the suitcase, because the legal path is unreadable. The need was personal. The market was 304 million migrants worldwide. Dann kam der Auslöser: ein IHK-anerkannter KI-Kurs („Professionell mit KI im Job arbeiten"). Alle Teilnehmenden brauchten ein Projekt. Ich brachte meins mit: Import-Export für Menschen wie mich funktionieren lassen. Meine Migrationsforschung hatte das Muster längst im Großen gezeigt: Diaspora-Unternehmer:innen handeln informell, im Koffer, weil der legale Weg unlesbar ist. Der Bedarf war persönlich. Der Markt: 304 Millionen Migrant:innen weltweit.

02 · The method02 · Die Methode Not vibe-coding. Project management. Kein Vibe-Coding. Projektmanagement.

Before a line of production code existed, DxVida had a Projektstrukturplan. Four phases (concept, planning, implementation, launch), seven milestones, a roles plan, a stakeholder and communication plan. I ran the methodologies for real, not as homework: Bevor eine Zeile Produktionscode existierte, hatte DxVida einen Projektstrukturplan. Vier Phasen (Konzeption, Planung, Umsetzung, Einführung), sieben Meilensteine, ein Rollenplan, ein Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsplan. Die Methoden habe ich wirklich angewendet, nicht als Hausaufgabe:

03 · What I built03 · Was ich gebaut habe A corridor-based compliance journey, not a document dump. Eine korridorbasierte Compliance-Journey, kein Dokumentenstapel.

DxVida turns "export cosmetics from Germany to Costa Rica" into a guided journey. You photograph your product. Claude Vision reads the label, classifies the product type, extracts ingredients or fibre composition. You pick a destination. The engine assembles your specific path: what to do in the origin country, what the destination requires, in what order, in German, English or Spanish, at B1 level. DxVida macht aus „Kosmetik von Deutschland nach Costa Rica exportieren" eine geführte Journey. Du fotografierst dein Produkt. Claude Vision liest das Etikett, klassifiziert den Produkttyp, extrahiert Inhaltsstoffe oder Faserzusammensetzung. Du wählst ein Zielland. Die Engine baut deinen Weg: was im Ursprungsland zu tun ist, was das Zielland verlangt, in welcher Reihenfolge, auf Deutsch, Englisch oder Spanisch, auf B1-Niveau.

DxVida grew from a prototype into a system of 27 modules: data layers, engines, governance, monitoring, compliance. The heart is one pattern used everywhere, for journey steps and label fields alike: DxVida wuchs vom Prototyp zu einem System aus 27 Modulen: Datenschichten, Engines, Governance, Monitoring, Compliance. Das Herz ist ein Muster, das überall gilt, für Journey-Schritte wie für Label-Felder:

• Rules decide, AI explains. Deterministic logic owns thresholds, document duties and corridor trees. AI translates, drafts and teaches. It never decides law.Regeln entscheiden, KI erklärt. An AI product that helps people with legal obligations must hold itself to a higher standard than its users. So compliance is not a page in DxVida. It is a layer of the architecture: Ein KI-Produkt, das Menschen bei rechtlichen Pflichten hilft, muss sich selbst an einen höheren Standard halten als seine Nutzer:innen. Compliance ist deshalb keine Seite in DxVida. Sie ist eine Schicht der Architektur:

• EU AI Act Art. 50 transparency on seven surfaces. DxVida left the building. It was validated with real people through netnography, surveys and usability tests. It was pitched at Impact Hub Dresden, and it passed the first selection stage. This is my answer to a question I hear in every AI strategy conversation: can you actually build this, or only advise on it? One person, running a real project management method and working with AI agents as a team, shipped a governed, EU AI Act compliant product. The same method scales to any domain where human complexity meets regulation.
